Snakey Launch is a Telegram Mini App. By using it, you agree to these terms in addition to Telegram's Terms of Service.

Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use Snakey Launch, consistent with Telegram's minimum age requirement.

The Game

Snakey Launch is a free-to-play physics game. The base game is free. Optional cosmetic items (skins, avatars, frames) and additional content packs may be available for purchase.

Virtual Goods

  • All purchasable items are cosmetic only and provide no gameplay advantage.
  • Virtual goods have no real-world monetary value and cannot be transferred, traded, or exchanged for real currency.
  • We may modify, add, or remove virtual goods at any time without compensation.

Purchases and Refunds

  • All purchases are made with Telegram Stars (XTR) and processed through Telegram's payment infrastructure. Payment terms are additionally governed by Telegram's Terms for Bot Developers and Telegram Stars Terms.
  • Purchases of digital content are final once delivered to your account.
  • Refunds are issued for technical failures where purchased content was not delivered. To request a refund, contact us via /paysupport with your transaction details.
  • If we are unable to resolve your issue, you may escalate through Telegram's dispute mechanisms.

Your Account

  • Your account is tied to your Telegram account.
  • You are responsible for any activity on your account.
  • You may not: cheat, exploit bugs, use automated tools or bots, reverse-engineer the game, or interfere with other players' experience.
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Leaderboards

  • Leaderboard rankings are based on gameplay performance.
  • We reserve the right to remove scores or reset rankings if we detect manipulation or unfair play.

Intellectual Property

All game content -- including code, artwork, characters, sounds, and designs -- is owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the game.

Availability

  • We provide Snakey Launch "as is" with no guarantees of uptime or availability.
  • We may update, modify, or discontinue the game at any time.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the game. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

Disputes

For any issues, contact us via /paysupport first. If unresolved, disputes are subject to the jurisdiction specified in Telegram's Terms of Service.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance. If any provision of these terms is found invalid, the remaining provisions continue in effect.
