Terms of Service

Snakey Launch is available as a Telegram Mini App and as a web app. By using either version you agree to these Terms. If you access Snakey Launch through Telegram, you also agree to Telegram's Terms of Service; if you access it on the web, these Terms govern your use directly.

Your use of Snakey Launch — including launching the game, playing levels, claiming rewards, or otherwise interacting with any in-game feature — constitutes acceptance of these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use Snakey Launch. If you access Snakey Launch through Telegram, Telegram's minimum-age terms also apply. If you access it on the web, by using the service you confirm that you are at least 16 years old.

The Game

Snakey Launch is a free-to-play skill-based casual game. Game progression is determined by player skill. The base game is free. Optional items may be available for purchase.

Virtual Goods

Skins and avatars are cosmetic items that visually customize your snake or profile.
We may offer additional in-game items that provide gameplay effects. Their availability, pricing, and effects may vary.
Skins, avatars, and consumables are redeemable only within Snakey Launch. They cannot be transferred, traded, or exchanged for real currency.
We may modify, add, or remove virtual goods at any time for game balance, integrity, or operational reasons. No refunds or replacements are offered for balance adjustments, item modifications, or item removals.
If we permanently discontinue Snakey Launch at our discretion, we will provide reasonable advance notice (typically at least 30 days, more where practicable) before shutdown so you can use your purchased items and earned rewards. Where shutdown is caused or required by events beyond our reasonable control (see "Events Beyond Our Control" below), we will provide as much advance notice as reasonably practicable under the circumstances. No refunds or replacements are offered for virtual goods or Scales upon discontinuation.

Virtual Currency (Scales)

Scales are an in-game currency obtained through gameplay (e.g. treasure drops, daily claims, completing levels, inviting friends) or by in-app purchase where available. Regardless of how they were obtained, all Scales in your wallet are interchangeable and usable for the same in-game purchases.
Scales are redeemable only within Snakey Launch. Scales cannot be cashed out for, or exchanged between users for, real currency.
Scales balances are non-refundable once credited.
We may adjust Scales earning rates, pack contents, pricing, or the items Scales can buy, at any time for game balance, integrity, or operational reasons.

Purchases and Refunds

In-app purchases are processed through available payment methods, which currently include Telegram Stars (XTR). For Telegram Stars purchases, payment terms are additionally governed by Telegram's Terms for Bot Developers and Telegram Stars Terms.
Promotional offers are shown in-game. Eligibility, pricing, and availability may change at our discretion. Once an eligible promotional offer is consumed, it cannot be re-claimed.
Where we offer discounted pricing, the reference price shown is the current listed price, not a historical lowest price.
All purchases are final once delivered to your account. Beyond cases required by applicable consumer protection law, any refund is granted solely at our discretion (for Telegram Stars purchases, through Telegram's dispute mechanism, subject to Telegram's policies).
If you believe a purchase was made in error or content was not delivered, contact us via /paysupport (Telegram users) or snakey-launch-support@ankokumori.com (web users).

Your Account

Your account is tied to the authentication provider you used to sign in (either your Telegram account or the Google account you used for web sign-in).
You are responsible for any activity on your account.
You may not: cheat, exploit bugs, use automated tools or bots, reverse-engineer the game, interfere with other players' experience, or create or use multiple accounts to abuse referral, event, or reward systems.
We may take action against accounts that violate these terms, including rejecting scores or limiting access where we have the technical means to do so.

Leaderboards

Leaderboard rankings are based on gameplay performance.
We reserve the right to remove scores or reset rankings if we detect manipulation or unfair play.

Events, Competitions, and Ongoing Reward Programs

From time to time we offer promotional programs, events, or competitions. The terms of each are displayed in the game and may be adjusted, extended, paused, or terminated at our sole discretion for game balance, fairness, technical, or operational reasons.

Rewards already granted to your account are yours to keep and will not be revoked except in cases of fraud, abuse, grants made in error, or violation of these Terms. We do not guarantee ongoing availability of any program, nor do we guarantee that rewards earned through one program will not be offered through other channels in the future.

Intellectual Property

All game content -- including code, artwork, characters, sounds, and designs -- is owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the game.

Availability

We provide Snakey Launch "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We may update, modify, or discontinue the game at any time.

Events Beyond Our Control

We are not responsible for any failure or delay in providing Snakey Launch caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: outages, restrictions, or changes imposed by Telegram, Google, or any other third-party platform or infrastructure provider; network or internet disruptions; governmental actions or regulatory changes; natural disasters; or other circumstances that could not reasonably have been avoided. Our obligations under these Terms, including any refund or support obligations, are suspended for the duration of such events.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the game. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for fraud, gross negligence, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the operators of Snakey Launch from any third-party claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of: (a) your use of the game in violation of these Terms; (b) content you provide, submit, or display through the game; or (c) your infringement of any third-party right. This indemnity survives termination of your account.

Disputes

Before bringing any claim or legal action, you agree to first contact us through the bot's /paysupport command (Telegram Mini App) or email at snakey-launch-support@ankokumori.com (web app), and to allow us at least thirty (30) days to resolve the issue in good faith. No claim may be brought before this informal resolution period has elapsed, except for requests for injunctive or other urgent interim relief. If a dispute cannot be resolved directly, disputes relating to use of the Telegram Mini App are additionally subject to the jurisdiction specified in Telegram's Terms of Service; disputes relating to use of the web app are governed by the laws of the Republic of Georgia and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tbilisi, Georgia.

General

These terms, together with our Privacy Policy and (where applicable) Telegram's or Google's Terms of Service, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the game.
Our failure to enforce any provision does not waive our right to enforce it later.
We may assign our rights and obligations under these terms. You may not assign yours.
If any provision of these terms is found invalid, the remaining provisions continue in effect.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.
